Mr. Leung has over 10 years of experience in accounting, financial & company secretarial service industry. After obtaining a bachelor degree in Financial Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, he joined a big 4 accounting firm and gained extensive experience in audit and assurance. He has also worked in internal audit, strategic investment and corporate advisory service of listed companies. Mr. Leung is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a GARP Financial Risk Manager.

Ms. Clare Yang

FCCA, CPA (Aust.), ACIS (ICS), ACS (HKICS)

Ms. Yang has over 9 years of experience in accounting, financial & company secretarial service industry. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology with first class honour. She has worked in a big 4 accounting firm for 6 years before joining the strategic investment team of a HK listed company. Ms. Yang is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Secretary in HK.
